Holland Real Estate was founded by Eyal Hartogs — born in Israel, raised in Holland — shortly after he made Aliyah in 1991. From the first day the firm has worked to one personal mantra: “The better the service, the better the business.”
We specialise in residences and developments in the Tel Aviv area, above all the seafront and the Rothschild Boulevard district. Eyal is the exclusive co-broker of the David Promenade Residences, the most prestigious project on the Tel Aviv seafront, and works closely with trusted developers, lawyers, bankers and fellow brokers to find the right home or investment for each client.
Dudy Jacobs joined the firm in 2014. Born in Holland and a former broker in Amsterdam, he lives with his family in Ra’anana. Both Eyal and Dudy work in English, Hebrew, Dutch and French — a combination that lets us understand our international clients and negotiate confidently with local ones.
We focus first on what our clients need — whether buying, selling or renting — and only then on closing the deal. Service-oriented, discreet and transparent: that is how we have built relationships that last for decades.
