Accessibility Statement

Standard and level

The website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the level adopted by Israeli Standard 5568. It is tested in current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge on desktop and mobile, with keyboard navigation and with screen readers (NVDA and VoiceOver).

What we have done

• Semantic structure: headings, landmarks, lists and a skip-to-content link on every page.
• Full keyboard operation with visible focus indicators; menus, galleries and forms work without a mouse.
• Text alternatives for photographs and icons; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
• Colour contrast that meets level AA on text and controls, with no information conveyed by colour alone.
• Forms with labels, error messages and instructions announced to screen readers.
• A responsive layout that supports 200% zoom and text resizing without loss of content.
• Respect for the reduced-motion preference of your operating system.

Accessibility menu

The accessibility button in the corner of every page lets you enlarge text, switch to dark or light high contrast, use greyscale, underline or highlight links, highlight headings, change to a readable font, increase line spacing, enlarge the cursor and stop animations. Your choices are saved on your device.

Known limitations

• Interactive map tiles are supplied by OpenStreetMap and cannot be fully described to screen readers; every property on the map is also listed in accessible text and its address is given on the listing page.
• Some older property photographs and press scans supplied by third parties carry generic descriptions.
• Links to external services (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, newspapers) lead to websites we do not control.

Meetings and office

Meetings are held by appointment at the David InterContinental, Tel Aviv. Please tell us in advance about any accessibility need and we will arrange an alternative location if required.
